Major political parties in Telangana that ostensibly support the Women's Reservation Bill, gave a raw deal to women in allottment of assembly seats for the December 7 polls. Telangana has 119 Assembly seats. Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) working president MI Shanavas died on Wednesday following complications caused due to a liver transplant.Shanavas, a Member of Parliament (MP) from Wayanad constituency was admitted in a private hospital in Chennai. Turkey's top diplomat has presented top Trump administration officials with a series of big requests, including extradition of scores of people linked to an exiled Turkish cleric and a permanent exemption from US sanctions for importing Iranian oil.
