Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd, the financial services division of the diversified conglomerate Murugappa Group has reported a 21 per cent growth in its April-June 2025 net profit at Rs 1,135.91 crore, the company officials said. The city-headquartered firm had registered a net profit of Rs 942.23 crore during the corresponding quarter of the last financial year, they added. The total income during the quarter under review grew by 26 per cent to Rs 7,330.78 crore, as compared to Rs 5,828.97 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year, the company said in a release on Saturday. Stainless-steel manufacturer Mangalam Worldwide Ltd on Saturday reported a over 68 per cent jump in its profit after tax to Rs 10.13 crore for the April-June quarter of 2025-26 compared to the year-ago period. Total income of the company rose by more than 21 per cent to Rs 279.41 crore in the first quarter of FY2025-26 against Rs 230.21 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement. "The company has showcased robust growth powered by improved efficiencies and rising demand for stainless steel across key markets, Mangalam Worldwide Ltd Chairman Vipin Prakash Mangal said. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 53.04 per cent to Rs 19.72 crore in the June quarter compared to Rs 12.88 crore in the first quarter of FY25, Mangal said, adding that EBITDA margins were upwards of 7.1 per cent. Gujarat-based Mangalam Worldwide is an integrated stainless steel manufacturer, with operations ranging from scrap melting to the manufacturing of seamless pipes and tubes.

P C Jeweller Ltd on Friday reported a 4 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 161.93 crore for the quarter ended June 2025. Its net profit stood at Rs 156.06 crore in the year-ago period. Total income surged to Rs 807.88 crore during the April-June period of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 439.78 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. Last month, the company's board approved a plan to raise Rs 500 crore equity from promoters and Capital Ventures Pvt Ltd to prepay its loan, as part of its plan to become debt-free by the end of this fiscal. Delhi-based PC Jeweller has a total of 52 showrooms, of which 49 are company-owned.
