India refuses to sign SCO doc, Air India black box data, Uttarakhand accident & more

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday refused to sign the SCO joint statement after it skipped the mention of April 22 Pahalgam terror attack but included Balochistan. The Civil Aviation Ministry said today that black box data from the Air India crash has been recovered and is being analysed to reconstruct the events and identify causes.
