Ranchi (Jharkhand), May 28 (ANI): At least 11 security personnel got injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Jharkhand's Saraikela on Tuesday. CRPF's Cobra Force and Jharkhand Police personnel were targeted in Naxal attack during special operation. Injured troopers were rushed to CRPF medical hospital in Ranchi using chopper.
New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): Fire broke out in a light bulb manufacturing factory in Delhi today. The incident took place at Udyog Nagar in Peera Garhi area. At least 15 fire tenders are present at the spot. Reason behind the fire is yet to be known. No casualities have been reported yet.
Jalpaiguri (West Bengal), May 28 (ANI): A bus service between India and Bangladesh was launched on the evening of May 26. The service commenced from Dhaka to Siliguri via Banglabandha and Fulbari. The first bus arrived Jalpaiguri's Fulbari area yesterday with 13 Bangladeshi passengers.
Indore (Madhya Pradesh), May 28 (ANI): Fire broke out at Gurunanak Timber market in Madhya Pradesh's Indore. The incident took place at around 9 pm yesterday. Two wood godowns and two shops have gutted in the fire. Fire was later controlled. Reason behind the fire is yet to be known.
Koppal (Karnataka), May 28 (ANI): Usually, mother takes care of children but in Karnataka's Koppal a six-year-old daughter becomes mother to her mother who is ill from several days. Bhagyashree, a 6-year-old girl who is supposed to be in school is taking care of her mother who is ill and admitted in a government hospital. Unfortunately, Bhagyashree doesn't have a father to take care of them. Because of the money problem, Bhagyashree started begging to feed her mother. Later, some people came to the help of the kid and admitted her mother in a government hospital. Now, the Women and Child Welfare Department is taking care of both of them.
Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh), May 28 (ANI): The Education Department of the Tibetan government in-exile organized a week-long workshop for professional development and leadership management for heads of different Tibetan schools in India. Over fifty principles and other heads of various Tibetan schools participated in the event organised in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala. Education minister in-exile Dr. Pema Yangchen inaugurated the workshop. One of the participants said, "It is definitely very important for all the leaders of the school because it's kind of recharging for the leaders or heads of school to do their work more efficiently".

During the ongoing sacred month of Ramadan, Muslims observe fast from dawn to dusk for about 30 days. They eat 'sehri' (a pre-dawn meal) and break their day-long fast with 'iftar' in the evening.

His theory was taken forward by Muhammad Ali Jinnah". He further added, "Aaj Nehru ji ke Bharat ko badalne ki koshish ki ja rahi hai. New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): Consuming a poor diet may have more impact on your health than you thought, as a recent study has claimed that a poor diet can lead to a number of health issues, one of them being cancer. More than 80,000 cancer cases in some parts of the world were linked to poor diet, or around 5 per cent, according to a study published in the journal 'JNCI Cancer Spectrum'. The study, conducted by the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts, analysed cancer diagnoses among adults from 2015 along with data from two national surveys on Americans' diets to determine how many cases were linked to poor diets, especially low in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and high in processed sugar, sugary beverages and red meats.
Jammu, May 28 (ANI): Good news for the Vaishno Devi pilgrims as Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation (JKSRTC) has started electric buses. The bus service will start from Jammu Railway Station to Katra. The eco friendly buses were flagged of by the Advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Governor K Skandan. The buses have several security features like CCTV camera, GPS to monitor the movement of buses, panic button in every seat and emergency door.
Bulandshahr (UP), May 28 (ANI): Former Bulandshahr MP and Samajwadi Party (SP) leader, Kamlesh Balmiki was found dead at his residence in UP's Khurja on Monday. While speaking to media persons, Khurja Circle Officer Gopal Singh said, "Prima facie it was a case of poisoning. Body has been sent for postmortem. His house was bolted from inside. It was somehow opened by 4 members of the family. The iron gate of the room, where Balmiki's body was found, was also locked from inside and the family members had to open that as well." Balmiki had won from Bulandshahr Parliamentary constituency in the 2009 Lok Sabha elections.

The laptop, available in 15-inch and 14-inch (Zenbook Duo) display sizes, features a secondary display, called the ScreenPad, which is more like an extension of the primary display and is aimed at creators for more productivity, the official video explains. Other features include a 4K resolution, 8-core Intel Core i9 processor, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 graphics cars, Thunderbolt 3, HDMI port, and headphone jack. The laptop is likely to be available in Q3, 2019.
Haridwar (Uttarakhand), May 27 (ANI): Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev expanded Patanjali's dairy products on Monday. While interacting with media, he said that Patanjali has introduced cow milk made Lassi, butter milk both salted and plain, curd and Paneer in Delhi, NCR, Haridwar, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad and Ahmednagar. Patanjali has also introduced cow milk in tetra packs with shelf life of six months, the Yoga Guru added. The tetra pack cow milk will be available countrywide. Baba Ramdev also emphasised on dairy products pricing which is cheaper than its rival milk brand Amul and Mother Dairy.
New Delhi, May 27 (ANI): Delhi Narcotics Control team has seized drugs worth Rs 25 crore in the national capital on Monday. Police have also apprehended three foreign nationals, two Nigerians and one Ugandan national. The Ugandan national is a woman, while sources aware of the matter informed that the consignment of drugs contained 5 kgs of heroin and 2.6 kgs of cocaine. According to Delhi Deputy Director General, Narcotics Control Bureau, SK Jha, said, "Two Nigerians and one Ugandan national were arrested and drugs worth Rs 25 crore were recovered from their possession on Monday." The drugs were smuggled to Delhi from Mumbai via the Rajdhani Express train.
Bhopal (MP), May 27 (ANI): Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA Rambai on Monday claimed that BJP party has made an offer to her. According to Rambai, she is getting calls from BJP leaders offering ministerial post and money. "They are offering Rs 50-60 crore to a number of people," Rambai added.
Surat (Gujarat), May 27 (ANI): After the Surat fire tragedy, which claimed the lives of at least 20 people, mostly students, the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) seems to have sprung into action as it began a demolition drive on Monday.Jayesh Solanki, Executive Engineer of the West Zone, SMC said that the demolition drive is targeting all illegal constructions in all the zones of the city and will be continued till they all cease to exist. "We are tearing down the portion which is illegal to use. This demolition drive is being carried out in all 8 zones of the city. We will continue it till all the illegal structures are brought down," Solanki told ANI.

All the incidents that took place in West Bengal are miserable. "The people, who were murdered, were only doing the work for their party. Lucknow (UP), May 27 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police Om Prakash Singh on Monday gave updates on BJP worker's murder case in Amethi. He said that police have apprehended three persons and seized a country made pistol from them. UP DGP also added that a blood spotted towel has also been seized from the accused, which has been sent for forensic examination. BJP leader Surendra Singh, who actively participated in the party's campaign in the constituency, was shot by bike-borne assailants outside his house on May 25. He was declared dead by the hospital authorities. Union Minister Smriti Irani attended his funeral and assured of stringent punishment to the accused. Police is searching for two more accused, who were indulged in Singh's murder.
Hubli (Karnataka), May 27 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Jagadish Shettar on Monday demanded Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy's resignation as coalition government has fallen in the state. He said that CM Kumaraswamy has no moral right to continue as the chief minister of the state. "This coalition government has no moral right to continue in power, Kumaraswamy has no moral right to continue as CM of Karnataka. BJP is main Opposition here, if government falls then as single largest party, naturally Governor will have to invite BJP to form government," said Shettar.
