Chennai (TN), Mar 07 (ANI): On the upcoming state assembly polls in Tamil Nadu, Congress in-charge of Tamil Nadu, Dinesh Gundu Rao while addressing a press conference on March 07 claimed that secular front, comprising Congress, DMK, Left, VCK, will clean sweep the elections. Dinesh Gundu said, "BJP by entering into an alliance with AIADMK, its intention is to finish off AIADMK. They want to kill all opposition parties and have 'one party-one man rule' in the country. WB polls: PM Modi to address public rally in Kolkata

Kolkata/Durgapur (WB), Mar 07 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold the first rally in West Bengal on March 7 after the announcement of the assembly poll schedule. The rally will be held at the Brigade Parade ground in Kolkata. According to party sources, many folk artists have been invited to perform at the event. The elections for the 294 Assembly seats in West Bengal will begin on March 27. The state is going to witness eight-phase Assembly polls this year. West Bengal is likely to witness a triangular contest this time with TMC, Congress-Left alliance and the BJP in the fray.

New Delhi, Mar 03 (ANI): While addressing at the 'Pratheeksha 2030' Summit on in the national capital on March 02, former prime minister Manmohan Singh said, "Temporary measures by the Government of India and Reserve Bank to paper over the credit problems can not blind us to the looming credit crisis ahead that could affect the small and medium sector." "Unemployment is high and the informal sector is in shambles, a crisis precipitated by the ill-considered demonetisation decision taken in 2016," he added. 'No evidence of cyber-attacks during Mumbai's power outage': RK Singh

New Delhi, Mar 02 (ANI): Union Power Minister RK Singh on March 02 said that there is "no evidence of cyber-attacks by China" during Mumbai's power outage that happened in October 2020. RK Singh said, "Two teams investigated the power outage and submitted that the outage was caused by human error and not due to cyber attack. One of the teams submitted that cyber attack did happen but they were not linked to the Mumbai grid failure. Cyber attacks happened on our northern and southern region load dispatch centres but they (malware) could not reach our operating system. Maharashtra Home Minister has informed that cyber-attacks happened on their SCADA system in Mumbai. We don't have evidence to say that the cyber-attacks were carried out by China or Pakistan.
