China getting coronavirus under control: President Trump

New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): United States President Donald Trump reacted over coronavirus impact while addressing the media in New Delhi on February 25. "The president said China is working very hard, I have spoken to China's President Xi. It looks like China is getting it under control," said President Donald Trump. According to World Health Organization (WHO), 2595 lost their life due to coronavirus and 77, 262 confirmed cases reported in China till February 24. 79, 331 confirmed coronavirus cases have been reported globally.

New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla on February 25 shared information on United States Donald Trump's India visit. He informed that PM Modi and the US President had a very fruitful discussion on trade between both the countries. He also informed that the US exports to India had a fairly dramatic increase. "PM and President said there was useful and comprehensive discussion on trade, there was an appreciation that it increased steadily year on year over the last few yrs, US exports to India had a fairly dramatic increase," said Shringla.

CM Kejriwal, AAP MLAs pray for peace in Delhi at Rajghat

Delhi violence: People should co-operate with police to maintain peace, says LG Anil Baijal

New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal reacted over violence incidents in North-East Delhi area. He said that people should co-operate with police and security forces to maintain peace in the national capital. "Both CM and I want that peace and harmony should remain intact in Delhi. We should do everything possible to maintain peace and order. We should also help police in this," said Delhi's Governor Anil Baijal. Meanwhile, Delhi High Court agreed to hear tomorrow (February 26) the petition regarding violence held in Maujpur, Jaffrabad and adjoining area of North-east Delhi. Petition seeking constitution of an SIT (Special Investigation Team) consisting of officers from outside Delhi and direction to the Centre to request Army to maintain law and order.

Clashes wreak havoc in Northeast Delhi, Section 144 imposed

New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Section 144 has been imposed in Khajuri Khas and Bhajanpura areas of Northeast Delhi. Security has been beefed up in the area. At least seven people have lost lives in clashes between pro and anti-CAA protestors in the area. There has been massive loss of property as several vehicles, shops and petrol pump were also ablaze. Stone pelting started last week between two groups. Over 100 people have been wounded in the clashes.
