New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): Equity benchmark indices were on a downswing during early hours on Thursday as concerns over the spread of coronavirus from China sent investors heading for safer bets. At 10:15 am, the BSE S and P Sensex was down by 235 points to 40,963 while the Nifty 50 dipped by 67 points at 12,063. Among stocks, Yes Bank showed a decline of 3.8 per cent at Rs 39.60 per share after India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) maintained its long-term issuer rating of A on rating watch negative (RWN) and withdrew its shortterm issuer rating of A1.
Mumbai, Jan 30 (ANI): Speaking at an event, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Abu Azmi's son and businessman, Farhan Azmi said that if CM Uddhav Thackeray will build lord Ram's Temple at Ayodhya then he will build Babri Masjid there. He said, "My problem is with Uddhav Thackeray. I respect him a lot and if in Shiv Sena somebody really deserves respect, then it is no other than Uddhav Thackeray. He never runs a government and I don't think he is running his party correctly. If being the Chief Minister, Uddhav Thackeray says he is going to Ayodhya on 7th March, I will also go with him. He will build lord Ram's Temple and we will build Babri Masjid."
New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): Nirbhaya's mother, Asha Devi reacted over convict Vinay Kumar Sharma mercy petition in front of the President. Asha Devi said, "Somewhere it is our law that is helping all these convicts to delay the hanging, I appeal to the court to hang them on the decided date." Vinay Kumar Sharma, one of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case, has filed a mercy petition.

Spokesperson of Tibetan Government-in-exile, TG Arya said,"China is playing politics on Dalai Lama's residence in Tibet over coronavirus outbreak. UNESCO should be careful about how China is handling Potala Palace as it is a world heritage site.""This is one opportunity, so they are just playing the politics on his holiness palace. Regular traffic violators will face problems in getting visas for Canada, Australia, US and UK as per the campaign. Speaking on it, Ludhiana Police Commissioner Rakesh Agrawal said, "Embassies of Canada, Australia, US and UK have been seeking traffic violation records of people applying for permanent resident visa in these countries. Applicants may face difficulty in getting the resident visa in case of adverse report."

He was suspended from Gorakhpur's BRD medical college and is accused of making instigating remarks at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) during protest against Citizenship Amendment Act on Dec 12, 2019. He will be presented before court on Jan 30.
New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): According to a new study conducted by researchers, consuming alcohol during pregnancy might lead to the poorer cognitive functioning of children. The study based on 23 published reviews was conducted by the researchers from the University of Bristol and was published in the International Journal of Epidemiology. The researchers further found out evidence that drinking during pregnancy could also lead to lower birth weight reinforcing the UK Chief Medical Officers' #DRYMESTER guidelines which suggest abstaining from alcohol consumption during all trimesters. Approach based on genetic-markers known as ''Mendelian randomization' was also used. Research on this topic has taken place through the 'observational' studies where participants already exposed to a risk factor and researchers do not try to change who is or isn't exposed. While the review was comprehensive it was limited in its ability to establish how much alcohol leads to these negative outcomes. However,
New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): 'Sufi Basant' festival was celebrated in the holy shrine of Saint Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia on January 29. It is celebrated in five major Dargahs of Delhi since the 18th century and accounts of the same have been mentioned in a book - 'Muraqqa-e-Delhi'. Festival of Basant Panchami is being celebrated across India which marks the onset of spring and it is celebrated on fifth day of Magha month of Hindu calendar. Goddess Saraswati - the Goddess of knowledge, arts and music - is worshipped on this occasion. Qawwals gathered together in one of the lanes in the basti and sang qawwalis. Basant festival is the only time of the year when singing qawwali is allowed inside the shrine which is otherwise done outside in the courtyard. Devotees in yellow turbans offered yellow coloured sacred chaadar at the shrine. Various cultural ceremonies are organised on this day.

Rehnuma Rani was born with one arm and her other arm works partially. Never in her life journey, had she let her disability become a hurdle. Rehnuma is a student of 12th standard and perfectly makes paintings using her toes and also encourages others to do painting using their feet. She has made various paintings, sketches and participated in several exhibitions. Rehnuma has also been honoured by Governor of Haryana and other eminent personalities for her art work. Her hobby inspired her to take fine art as subject in 12th standard. Rehnuma is a student of Government Model Senior Secondary School at Chandigarh's Sector 8 and started drawing since she was in fifth standard. Her parents and fine arts teacher always support her in following her hobby.
