New Delhi, Apr 19 (ANI): Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan informed that doubling rate of COVID-19 cases now turned out to be 9.7 days for the past 3 days. "I'm being told that around 95 patients, out of the 177 admitted here, will be discharged by today evening. Analysis of our data in the past few days has been satisfactory. The data is improving every day. The doubling rate of patients in the last 14 days was 6.2 days. When it was calculated for the last 7 days it turned out to be 7.2 days. It has turned out to be 9.7 days for the past 3 days. It is a good indication," said Health Minister
New Delhi, Apr 19 (ANI): Delhi Police Assistant Sub Inspector (Traffic), who tested positive of coronavirus, has been recovered. Speaking to ANI, he gave a message to all the corona positive patients. "I was on-duty in Yusuf Sarai area, when I experienced bodyache, high fever and problems in breathing. Later, I was tested COVID-19 positive. I recovered at Safdarjung Hospital in a few days only. My message to all is to have patience and stay courageous," said ASI (Traffic) Jeet Singh.

New Delhi, Apr 19 (ANI): Speaking about the existing danger due to COVID-19, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed that lockdown will remain the same with no relaxation amid rapid spread of COVID-19. "Coronavirus is spreading rapidly in Delhi but it's still under control. No need to panic, we have decided to keep people of Delhi safe, the lockdown will remain there will be no relaxation. New Delhi, Apr 19 (ANI): Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on April 19 informed about the coronavirus situation in Delhi. "There are a total of 1893 positive cases in Delhi including 186 cases from yesterday. We have got 42,000 rapid testing kits. The trial run has been started at LNJP hospital. It will be used in hotspot areas. Our target is to do 42,000 tests in one week's time," he told ANI.

Nithari (UP), Apr 19 (ANI): Amid coronavirus outbreak, domestic helper working in high rise buildings is now finding it difficult to make their ends meet. Speaking to ANI, she said that she needs medicines for her 14-yr-old daughter who is suffering from heart disease but she don't have single penny. "I am very worried as my 14-yr-old daughter is suffering from heart disease. She needs medicines and I don't have a single penny to buy her medicines. My husband is a rickshaw puller even he doesn't work these days."
New Delhi, Apr 19 (ANI): Auto-rickshaw drivers in the national capital, who are forced to give up their source of income and sit idle at home are facing problems amid the coronavirus lockdown. "I do not get enough food to fill my stomach. I feel like a beggar without any money. If we go out then police beat us up. I get food from a school nearby. I have a family, but do not even have money to provide them food," an auto driver told ANI. Movement of all vehicles, except for those providing essential services and commodities, is prohibited during the lockdown imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Another driver, Pramod said that he is facing financial problems as he has to pay rent of the room to the landlord. "I am facing a big financial problem as I do not have any regular income now.
