Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh)/ Badrinath (Uttarakhand), Nov 27 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul-Spiti received fresh snowfall on November 27. Normal life got affected following the snowfall. Vehicular movement was partially disrupted. Uttarkhand's Badrinath also received heavy snowfall. Snow covered the entire landscape. The all time famous Badrinath Temple was also seen draped in sheet of snow.
Mumbai, Nov 27 (ANI): Preparations are underway at Shivaji Park, ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of Uddhav Thackeray as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on November 28. Ajit Pawar after attending meeting of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLAs in Mumbai stated that Uddhav Thackeray will take oath as Chief Minister of Maharashtra on November 28 and he has informed MLAs about the programme. "Chief Minister will take oath tomorrow, I informed our MLAs about that programme and told them that all of us have to be there,"said Ajit Pawar.
New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Union Minister of Steel Dharmendra Pradhan on November 27 reacted on steel industry slowdown in the Rajya Sabha. Accepting the slowdown in the steel industry, he said that the industry became hostage of US-China trade dispute. He also informed the House that the condition of midsized steel mills are improving because of the demand in market. He also highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision against joining the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership also give direct relief to steel industry and asserted that the situation is now progressing slowly.

Lucknow (UP), Nov 27 (ANI): After showing the door to 10 senior leaders of the party, the Congress has now filed a petition seeking disqualification of its Raebareli legislator Aditi Singh. The petition has been filed by Congress Legislature Party leader Aradhana Misra before the Speaker of Vidhan Sabha. "Party has filed a petition before state Assembly Speaker seeking disqualification of Rae Bareli Sadar MLA Aditi Singh, for defying party whip of boycotting special session of state Assembly on October 2, organized by government," Aradhana Misra added.

We had a BJP Core Committee meeting right after Pawar's resignation and we decided that we don't have the numbers and Devendra Fadnavis should resign and we should not indulge in horse trading." Sriharikota (Andhra Pradesh), Nov 27 (ANI): The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on November 27 injected Cartosat-3 spacecraft and 13 commercial satellites successfully into their designated orbits. While speaking after the launch of PSLV-C47, ISRO chief, Dr K Sivan said, "I am happy that PSLV-C47 injected precisely in the orbit with 13 other satellites. Cartosat-3 is highest resolution civilian satellite, we have 13 missions up to March- 6 large vehicle missions and 7 satellite missions."

Additionally, the air quality of national capital also took a major hit due to a combination of firecracker emissions, stubble burning and unfavourable meteorological conditions in past one month. According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) data, major pollutants at Lodhi road area were PM 2.5 at 205 in 'poor' category and PM 10 at 210, also in 'poor' category. In Delhi, public health emergency has been declared by EPCA. To curb air pollution, Delhi govt had earlier implemented odd-even scheme from Nov 04-15.
