Board of Morarjee Textiles approves issue of preference shares

At meeting held on 24 May 2018

Morarjee Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 24 May 2018 has approved issue of up to 10,00,000, 7.5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100 each on private placement basis subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the company.
