Ashok Leyland gets new exec director for HR

N V Balachandar was earlier with the Taj Group of Hotels

Hinduja Group flagship firm Ashok Leyland today announced the appontment of N V Balachandar as the new Executive Director – Human Resources. He will succeed Shekhar Arora, who would continue as Executive Director, HR – Strategy.

Balachandar has 20 years of experience in the HR field and was in organisational re-structuring for business growth, said the company. Earlier he was with the Taj Group of Hotels and is a trainer certified by the National Traning Laboratory, US.
