Ashok Leyland hikes prices

Ashok Leyland has hiked prices across categories by 2.5%. "We hiked prices across all product categories by 2.5% last week," R Seshasayee, managing director of Ashok Leyland, said today.

Seshasayee said the commercial vehicle segment was expected to grow by about 10% in 2006-07. "We expect to out perform the industry," he said.
