Bajaj Corp forms new unit to trade skin and hair care products

"The Company has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Bajaj Corp International (FZE), a Limited Liability Company, to take up trading in Skin & Hair Care products," Bajaj Corp said in a filing to BSE today.
It further said the subsidiary has been incorporated in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority, UAE.
Bajaj Corp has several products in the hair care segment such as Bajaj Almond Drops, Kailash Parbat and Brahmi Amla.
