Bharat Raut to be Pfizer auditor

In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company announced this appointment on behest of the former auditor who expressed their wish of not seeking re-election.

The company had received a request from a shareholder seeking the appointment of Bharat S Raut & Co
