BSNL, MTNL sign joint pact with IAF

The Indian Air Force has signed an agreement with telecom PSUs BSNL and MTNL under which the two players would provide a host of services at concessional rates while IAF would give space for installation of towers and equip-ment. "The objective is to enable BSNL and MTNL to provide IAF full gamut of telecom services, such as mobile telephony, broadband and VSAT services, on concessional tariff," BSNL said.
