Cambridge Technology to acquire Smartshift

Business and technology services provider Cambridge Technology Enterprises today said the board has approved to acquire German-based consulting firm Smartshift.

The board has approved a definitive agreement to acquire a software consulting firm, Smartshift, Cambridge Technology said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company said acquisition is subject to shareholders approval, the filing added.

However, the company has not given the financial details of the acquisition.
