Canon Shuts 14 Marketing Offices

In a move to cut costs, Japanese copier and camera giant Canon has shut down 14 of its 21 marketing offices in India and has asked the employees in these offices to work from home.

The company plans to ask its entire marketing force to work out of home by August 31. As of now, about 70 of its direct employees and about 30 of their dealers
