PREFERENTIAL ALLOTMENT

Saptarishi Agro Industries: At the AGM on 27.08.2002 the shareholders approved allotment of up to 11350000 equity shares to Global Green Company Ltd (GGCL) on preferential allotment basis on or after 13.09.2002. Consequently, the shareholding of GGCL will be 27100535(75.61 per cent) equity shares of the company. A meeting of the a committee of directors of the company has been convened on 13/09/2002.

Madras Fertilizers: The Government of India has appointed Sukumar N Oommen, IAS, as the chairman and managing director of Madras Fertilizers Ltd for a period of 5 years. He has taken over as CMD, MFL, effective September 06, 2002.

 

Atco Healthcare: The board of directors, in its meeting on September 9, 2002, re-designated Sharad A Doshi as chairman cum managing director of the company with effect from September 9, 2002. He was earlier appointed as executive director by the board in its meeting held on July 30, 2002 with effect from August 01, 2002 for a period of three years.
