DB Realty promoter sells 1.48% stake

Pramod Goenka, one of the promoters of DB Realty has sold 1.48 per cent stake in the company, data filed with exchanges showed. After the sale, his stake now stands at 1.27 per cent. The transaction took place between February 17 and March 30, the statement said. The company's stock gained 3.39 per cent on Monday to close at Rs 114.45.
