Hyderabad-based Divi's Laboratories Limited reported a 73.71 per cent jump in standalone net profit at Rs 204.93 crore for the quarter ended September, 2013, on higher revenues, flat expenses and foreign exchange gains during the period. The net profit in the corresponding previous quarter stood at Rs 117.97 crore.
Total income during the quarter under review grew 25.15 per cent to Rs 603.49 crore as compared with Rs 482.21 crore. Forex gain for the quarter stood at Rs 31 crore as compared with a forex loss of Rs 21 crore in the corresponding previous quarter. The company publishes consolidated results at the end of the financial year.
