Activeo, a French Customer Relation Technologies Company, has acquired a majority stake in Celtycs, a Bangalore based Customer Management Consulting company. With this acquisition, Activeo gets access to the Indian market for its software and technology solutions, while Celtycs gets to expand and add customer management software solutions to its current product mix of Advisory and Assessment Services.

“The combined skills of both Celtycs and Activeo will provide a lot of added values for customers and employees in both geographies due to the merging of the two cultures, and we have already started creating successful synergies,” Joseph Kort, CEO of Activeo, said in a statement.

Along with Marie-Eve Desbourdard, Head of Activeo’s Asia Pacific Operations, he would join the Celtycs board. M D Ramaswami, the founder of Celtycs will continue to be on the Board, while Vinit Singhal, the President, takes over as its Managing Director.
