HCL Info expands Jaipur facility; adds 300 jobs

IT firm HCL Infosystems today said it has expanded its software development facility in Jaipur with the addition of more than 300 people at the centre.

The centre, which had an operating capacity of 120 people, now has a headcount of 425, HCL Infosystems said in a statement.

The centre was established with the objective of designing and developing software capabilities for the company's System Integration (SI) projects.

"The Jaipur centre has been playing a significant role behind the success of our SI projects and with this expansion, the company will be reinforced with stronger capability and much improved software development practice," Harsh Chitale, CEO of HCL Infosystems said.

 

The company will gradually expand this development centre further, he added.
