ICSA gets nod from patent office for two products

ICSA (India) Limited has secured the nod for two of its product "" automatic meter reading and apparatus and protector for oil and gas pipelines "" from the patent office.

ICSA chairman and managing director Bala Reddy said the company had been developing technology solutions to identify transmission and distribution (T&D) losses and monitor power consumption using the GSM network.

The company recently secured orders worth Rs 225.79 crore for supply and erection of sub-stations and for providing rural electricity infrastructure, a company release stated.
