Indian Hotels to manage hotel in Surat

Gujarat JHM Hotels has entered into an agreement with Indian Hotels for managing the operations of its hotel, formerly known as Holiday Inn, in Surat, Gujarat.

According to a release issued by Gujarat JHM to the BSE today, Indian Hotels will be in charge of the operating activities of the company. "The hotel will be renamed from Holiday Inn to a Taj brand hotel," the release added.

The agreement is with effect from April 1, 2006, the release said.
