Indian Rayon To Partner Ngk For Insulators

Close on the heels of the Aditya Birla group undertaking a major restructuring exercise in Hindalco and Indo Gulf Corporation, the group has now embarked on a restructuring exercise with another group company, Indian Rayon.

Indian Rayon will demerge its insulator division as a first step and later form a joint venture company with NGK Insulators of Japan.
