Indus League opens Urban Yoga Centre

Indus-League Clothing Ltd, the Bangalore-based lifestyle garment marketing firm, on Thursday launched India's first Urban Yoga Centre (UYC), an outlet for products relating to yoga.

In addition to garments, there are accessories, books, a yoga studio and a resource centre.

The resource centre allows the teachers and advanced practitioners of yoga to research the various subjects through books, periodicals and DVDs.

Indus-League managing director Kanchan K Pant said: "We are the pioneers in launching garments exclusively meant for Yoga. Now with the opening of Urban Yoga Centre, we have furthered our commitment to give yoga the attention it deserves".

At the Yoga Studio at UYC, classes for seven different schools of yoga (Bharat Thakur's artistic yoga, Bihar School of Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Vivekananda Yoga, Dynamic Yoga and Krishnamachari Yoga Mandira) will be conducted.
