Jain Irrigation promoters pledge 5.13% stake

Plastic products manufacturer Jain Irrigation today said its six promoters have pledged 37.15 lakh shares representing 5.13 per cent stake in the company.

In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Jain Irrigation said that Ajit Bhavarlal Jain, one of the promoters of the company, has pledged 18.59 lakh shares representing 2.57 per cent stake in the firm.

Similarly, Bhavarlal H Jain (0.62 per cent), Ashok Bhavarlal Jain (0.48 per cent), Jyoti Ashok Jain (0.93 per cent), Nisha Anil Jain (0.40 per cent) and Shobhana Ajit Jain (0.12 per cent) have also pledged their shares.

Shares of Jain Irrigation today closed at Rs 323.30, up 2.73 per cent on the BSE.
