Kalyani inks JV with S'pore-based ST Kinetics

The Kalyani Group has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics), Singapore. Kalyani Group will be the majority equity holder in the JV.

The JV agreement was signed by Sew Chee Jhuen, president of ST Kinetics and B N Kalyani, chairman of Kalyani Group. The agreement will offer Kalyani access to ST Kinetics
