Lite Bite in JV with Spain's Agrolimen Group

The Eat Out Group, a part of Spanish business house Agrolimen, today said it has entered into a strategic joint venture with Amit Burman-promoted Lite Bite Foods to establish a chain of specialty restaurants in India. The venture will invest about Euro 35 million to establish a pan-India network of 200 restaurants.

The Eat Out group is one of the main restaurant groups with over 600 restaurants in Spain and owns brands such as FrescCo, Pans&Company, Bocatta, and Fresh&Ready. This venture would mark Eat Out
