Malabar shopping festival from December 20

A month-long 'Malabar Shopping Festival' will be organised from December 20, 2006 to January 20, 2007 as part of the 140th annual celebration of the Kozhikode corporation in association with the district administration.

Different programmes have been planned in Kozhikode with a view to attracting people from all over the country.

Personnel of Navy, Air Force and the fire department will display their prowess. Paraglide, hot air balloon rides, water sports, snow park, helicopter ride, etc. will be featured in the festival.
