NEWSALERT: Shree Nath gets board's nod to raise funds for expansion

Shree Nath Commercial & Finance today said its board has approved the plan to raise funds by way of preferential issue, right issue or private placement for expansion.     

The board has also approved the appointment of Tanu Agrawal as additional director, Shree Nath Commercial said in a filing to the BSE.
