NEWSALERT: Voltas director Kulkarni retires

Tata Group firm, Voltas today said its non-executive independent director S D Kulkarni has retired from the board of the company.     

Kulkarni retired from the board on September 20 in accordance with the company's retirement policy, Voltas said in a filing to BSE.
