Oberoi resigns from Jet board

Noted hotelier P R S Oberoi, has resigned from the board of directors of India’s leading air carrier Jet Airways, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange today.

Oberoi, gave his “other commitments” as the reason for the resignation. P R S Oberoi is the chairman of East India Hotels that run the five star luxury hotels under the Oberoi brand name.
