Pentasoft Technologies to delist securities from NSE, MSE
Pentasoft Technologies Ltd has received shareholder approvals to delist its securities from Madras Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
The company received shareholders’ approval at its 13th AGM held on August 29, 2008, it informed the BSE today.
