Repro India net at Rs 2.47 crore

Repro India has recorded net profit of Rs 2.47 crore during the quarter ended December 2005. The company's sales during the quarter was Rs 28.52 crore with a gross profit of Rs 6.19 crore.
 
The comparable figures for the third quarter results are not available. The company's sales and gross profit for the first nine month of the current financial year stood at Rs 81.55 crore and 17.26 crore respectively.EPS for was Rs 8.96.
 
The company had recently issued 2,62,037 shares to the public at an offer price of Rs 165 per share. The proceeds of the issue will be used for for enhancement of the existing printing facility and also setting up a new print facility in the SEZ and infrastructure for content process outsourcing.
 
Managing Director Sanjeev Vohra said that the company has already achieved net sales of Rs 81.99 crore during the last nine months as compared with Rs 86.64 crore in the previous whole financial year.
