RNRL profit jumps 7-fold

| Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL), the energy arm of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group, has posted a seven-fold jump in net profit to Rs 7.34 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year from Rs 1.03 crore in the corresponding previous period. |
| Net sales, during the period, went up from Rs 41 lakh to Rs 56.3 crore. Earnings per share rose marginally from Re 0.02 to Re 0.05. |
| For the 15-month financial year ended March 31, 2007, net sales stood at Rs 150 crore, while net profit was Rs 29 crore. The previous year's numbers were not available. |
