Serco Global Services' delivery centre in Baroda

Serco Global Services, the BPO division of Serco, on Wednesday announced the opening of a new delivery centre at Baroda.

The centre will have an initial capacity of 300 seats, employing over 500 staff in direct white-collared jobs and is expected to additionally generate two to three times indirect employment.
