Seshasayee steps down from Optare board

R Seshasayee, executive vice-chairman of Ashok Leyland, has stepped down as the non-executive director of Optare, the UK-bus manufacturer. K Sridharan, who heads finance function of Ashok Leyland, will hold the post along with other two key members of Ashok Leyland, who are involved in M&As and supply chain.
