Shree Ram Mills to discuss issue of fresh capital

Textiles manufacturer Shree Ram Mills today said its board would meet on May 18 to consider the issue of fresh capital.  

"A meeting of the board of directors will be held on May 18 to consider the financial results of the company for the year ended December 31, 2008. As well as to consider issue of fresh capitals," Shree Ram Mills said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.    

Shares of Shree Ram Mills were trading at Rs 68, down 2.86 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
