Shriram EPC reports 9.75% increase in net profit

City-headquartered Shriram EPC Ltd today reported a 9.75 per cent increase in their net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.    

The company reported a net profit of Rs 8.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 as against Rs 7.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.    

For the year ended March 31, 2009, the company reported a net profit of Rs 40.01 crore, Shriram EPC today said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE).     

The company's total income stood at Rs 199.98 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, compared to Rs 161.75 crore in the corresponding period of last year.

 

For the year ended March 31, 2009 the total income stood at Rs 921.84 crore, it said.
