SKS completes fresh round of securitisation

Issues commercial papers for Rs 50 crore

Hyderabad-based SKS Microfinance today said it has has completed securitisation of Rs 344.35 crore on Monday.

This takes the total sum of securitisations completed during the year 2014-15 to Rs 1,558.66 crore, the company said.

The company also informed the stock exchanges that it has issued commercial papers for an amount of Rs 50 crore, which have been rated 'A1+'by a leading rating agency.

The aggregate commercial paper outstanding as on date was Rs 95 crore, according to the company filing.
