Sterling Holidays acquires Nature Trails Resorts

Nature Trails Resorts is now a 100% subsidiary of Sterling Holidays

Sterling Holidays Resorts today informed exchange that the company has acquired Nature Trails Resorts Pvt Ltd, an adventure holiday company that operates resorts at five destinations in Maharashtra. Acquisition cost was not disclosed.

It may be noted that in October, 2015, the company announced that it has signed an areement to acquire Nature Trail Resorts to strengthen its presence in nature and adventure tourism segment.

Nature Trails Resorts is now a 100 per cent subsidiary of Sterling Holidays.

The five destinations include Durshet, Sajan, Kundalika, Dabhosa and Koyna. Resorts are spread over 53 acres.

Ramesh Ramanathan, managing director, Sterling Holiday Resorts said that with this acquistion, Sterling holidays now offers its customers more complete holiday experience choices.
