Tbwa-Anthem Renamed, Parent Seeks To Up Stake

Advertising agency TBWA-Anthem has been renamed TBWA in India.

The US-based advertising network, TBWA, which holds 51 per cent stake in TBWA-Anthem, has also sought FIPB approval for increasing its stake from the current 51 per cent.

The TBWA (Asia Pacific) regional chairman, Keith Smith, however, refused to specify the percentage of the increased stake.

Talking about the change in the name of the agency, he said that the relationship between the international agency, TBWA, and its Indian partner Anthem had grown stronger during its five year old tie-up.
