The Rs 250-crore five-star hotel project of The Park Hotel at Hyderabad would be ready by 2008.

Announcing this here while inaugurating its multi-cuisine restaurant Vista, Subrata Majumdar, general manager, The Park Hotel, said the 10-floor hotel would have 250 rooms. Three floor of the hotel would be meant for commercial purposes.

The Park had invested Rs 90 lakh to set up Vista, which has an imported buffet display with a Swiss induction heating system, he said.

"Within a couple of months, we would open another restaurant with an investment of about Rs 50 lakh. This will take the total number of our restaurants to 4 including one bar," Majumdar, said.
