Ubs Lines Up Rs 200 Crore For Hotels Acquisition

United Business Solutions (UBS), a 20:80 joint venture between the Delhi-based Nanda family (not the promoter of Escorts) and Hamilton of Dubai which bought the Claridges chain of hotels recently, has prepared a war-chest of Rs 200 crore to acquire hotels in Mumbai and Bangalore.
