Madhu Koda gets bail, but will remain in jail

The Jharkhand HC on Thursday granted bail to former chief minister Madhu Koda in a case of granting mining leases illegally, but will continue to remain in jail in relation to other cases. Koda, in judicial custody since November 30, 2009, was granted bail by the single bench of H C Mishra.
