Though the Aam Aadmi Party is yet to officially declare the names of its ministers, it appears Vinod Kumar Binny, Rakhi Birla and Manish Sisodia might get Cabinet berths in the new government. The party has already announced Arvind Kejriwal as the new chief minister of the minority government.
