No toll tax for Car festival
The tolls will not be levied on passing vehicles for three days-July 10 (Rath yatra), July 18 (Bahuda yatra) and July 19 (Sunabesha)

The state Public Works Department will not collect toll tax at its eight toll booths located on the roads leading to Puri for the ensuing Car Festival. The tolls will not be levied on the passing vehicles for three days-July 10 (Rath yatra), July 18 (Bahuda yatra) and July 19 (Sunabesha).
The booths where the tolls will not be collected are Nua Jagannath Sadak at Jamunakuda, Dahikhia booth between Brahmagiri and Satapada, Haladia booth between Puri and Brahmagiri, Nuapatana booth on Nabakalebar road, Balighai booth between Puri Konark road, Ganeswarpur booth in between Balighai and Gop.
