Basu turns 95, calls for dialogue

The visibly weak Basu said he had worked as a representative for the common man in the 65-odd years since he came back from England after qualifying as a barrister, and said, "as politicians, we cannot be blinded by arrogance or refuse to talk to anybody- every person has a right to be heard and we should listen".
