CII's education model

In a globalised world, educational institutions facing new competitive issues from external factors, need to equip themselves to face challenges through enhancing institutional self innovation, capabilities to create value and ecourage management innovation.

With this in mind, the CII Institute of Quality, Bangalore, has developed a comprehensive excellence model for education, based on the work by its educational team with institutions across country, a CII release said.

This model is based on various education excellence models such as Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award and European Foundation Quality Management.
